F.A.Q.

The Most Common Questions

In order to ensure a relaxing and pleasant experience at Sparadise, we've answered some of the questions guests of our spa frequently ask. Reviewing these suggestions will help you prepare for your upcoming Spa visit.

How should I prepare for my first massage visit?

A hot shower can relax you before your massage treatment and make it more enjoyable. Do not eat a heavy meal or consume alcohol before your massage. Wear comfortable, easy to remove clothing and shoes, try not to wear any jewelry that may inhibit the therapist strokes, or makeup if you would like a face massage. Please arrive about 5-10 minutes early as you will need to fill out a client intake form and discuss the areas you want massaged with the therapist and so we can start your massage on time.
